Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management solution, which will grant you complete authority over your email accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate user interface, you can set up a new electronic mail account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Moreover, you can forward e-mail messages from one electronic mail account to another, configure e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and protect your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your email accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesired mails will find their way into your email box. Your e-mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for sorting your incoming e-mails according to certain rules set by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly create a filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email mailboxes. Simply select the email account you want to forward email messages from, then specify the target e-mail box and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your liking to access your mailboxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mailbox will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple mailboxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to easily create an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
